Order tracking

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at totsntail@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
